We adhere to all current government mandated COVID health & safety policies. Due to our shared facilities our policy is to only accept guests who can provide proof of FULL vaccination or formal exemption status at time of check in. This must be provided by every guest over the age of 16 years.

Should you be unable to provide this proof you will be denied entry and no refund will be offered.

Should you be required to isolate due to possible exposure or awaiting test results, Clifftop will make one change to your booking date or offer a gift certificate good for 6 months without fees. Please note a refund will not be offered.
