A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 24 unless accompanied by another adult, over the age of 24, present the whole stay. Please note that there is a non refundable 3 percent surcharge when you pay with a credit card.
