A damage deposit of AUD 700 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
The Damage deposit is also due upon booking and should be included with the full payment when wired to the property
