In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights. Please note that VinOasis Phu Quoc will take and use guests' photos for the purpose of statistics and stay management. The property is committed not to use or provide guests' photos to a third party which does not belong to Vingroup. Guests are responsible for checking the room furnishing and facilities, foods or drinks in minibar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the resort.

With the announcement of the Kien Giang Tourism Department, all passengers arriving in Phu Quoc need to have a negative Covid-19 test result within 24 hours. Therefore, please conduct the test and show the test results when you come to check-in at Vinpearl.
