The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the city center. The bus departs hourly between 8:00 and 19:00 hrs to the attractions and shopping areas on the following destinations:

- Saigon Walking Street on Nguyen Hue Boulevard
- Ben Thanh Market
