Guests booking non-refundable rates are required to fill in the property's authorization form after the reservation is made. The form will be sent directly to guests's email and it must be sent back to the property's email within 24 hours once email is received.

Please note that breakfast is chargeable for children 6-11 years old. This charge is to be paid directly to the property.

In accordance with the Da Nang City Government official dispatch, Hotel can only accept bookings from guests with following conditions:

- Guests are required to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (at least 01 dose of vaccine 14 days prior to check-in date or alternatively recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6-months).

- Guests must provide legitimate QR code of medical declaration according to the Government guidelines.

- Wearing face masks in public areas and following other Covid-19 prevention guidelines.

If guests are not qualified for one of these above conditions, the Hotel holds every rights to decline the booking.
