A damage deposit of SGD 80 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Children or guests who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or with written consent of parents/guardians.

For isolation purposes ( SHN, VTL…), guests are required to book rooms with Private Bathroom.
