- Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking upon check-in or when making payment a the property.
- In case of no show or late cancellation, guests will be charged with the service fee associated with the room charge.
- Children under 12 are not permitted to use the Club Continental Floor or enter The continental Lounge.
- Each room can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children (12 years old or under)
- The breakfast inclusive rate only includes maximum 2 daily breakfasts.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate guests who are in quarantine.
Should the guest be classified as a confirmed case of COVID-19 infection during the stay, arrangements will be made in accordance with the government regulations. Additional costs of HK$1,000 will be charged where necessary for professional cleaning and disinfection services.

Please note that the Swimming Pool Opening Days: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday) Opening Hours : 09:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00 Closing Hour: 13:00 – 14:00 (for disinfection).

All staying guests must provide their names at the time the reservation is made. Name modifications are not allowed after the reservation is confirmed. The names of the guests checking in must be identical to the names on the reservation. No extra bed is available during 06-10 Apr 2023 inclusive.
