Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
A damage deposit of HKD 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that if you take a taxi to the property, please drop off at the junction of Gaga Street and Peel Street. The property is a short walk up the hill on the left-hand side of the taxi drop-off point. Please proceed to the 2nd floor for registration upon arrival.

All guests are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” app to scan the venue QR code during the check-in for verification purpose.

To minimise direct contact, service adjustments will be made accordingly:

For guest travelling to Hong Kong from overseas places or mainland China: housekeeping service will be suspended for the first 3 days upon arrival in Hong Kong

With such service adjustment, a fresh set of towels and amenities will be replaced upon request only.

Regarding outside food delivery, all guests will be required to collect their ordered items in person on the ground floor lobby.
