A damage deposit of SGD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
One child under 11 years of age stays for free when using existing beds. Children above 11 years will be subject to additional charges per night for extra beds.

In accordance with government border measures and regulation, the Hotel requires additional documentation from guests (travelling via Air Travel Pass, Reciprocal Green Lane or Vaccinated Travel Lane) to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information within existing guidelines. Failure to produce the necessary documentation at least 3 days prior to arrival will have the reservation cancelled. Guests with the above travel lane arrangements are required to book and stay in the Parklane Split-Level Studio Suite only.
